I have been a patient of Dr. st louis my entire orthodontic journey which has been about 6 years 2 of which I lived in san antonio. I have traveled back and fourth these two years because i have had the absolute best experience there, my braces were removed last month and my teeth are perfect, I am beyond happy with my smile and the level of care I have received from everyone in the office. Had a pretty uncomfortable experience here. (About a year ago) The woman who kinda plans everything (long dark hair at the time) made me feel really poor lol… I’m adult who is getting braces… I know how much they cost.. and she just kept saying over and over how expensive it was going to be… and then even indicated that a 3D X-ray I would need “starts at 350” which wasn’t correct. Got it for free from my dentist because I’d had one less than a year before. Just overall she was definitely judging me by my appearance I guess? Not smart I had money to spend. ended up going with a different place. Much better experience downtown. 👍

Dr St Louis and his staff (need to shout out Chris) are so kind and professional. Both my son and daughter got braces with them and I even got a retainer.They are warm and friendly at any interaction phone, text or in person. They also go above and beyond to help you out which is rare. Let me give you two examples. One when we moved and my daughter needed to switch providers they made sure the transition was smooth and I didn't overpay. They took one year to work with my insurance company who wasn't making it easy. Another example recently when my retainer tore in half even though it wasn't on warranty they replaced it free of charge. I can't say enough good things. Highly recommend them!
